The Muse New York

Very solid location and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We went in December and they have cool Xmas decorations, hot chocolate bar, and jazz in the lobby. However, they have a giant bar, but no bartender. They have no snack bar or way to even purchase water on site. They have no alcohol options on site. TLDR: Room, location, and staff were great, but seriously bizarre lack of amenities for the price point (even for NYC).

We have visited New York for years and have never had a hotel with such a marvelous location…just 1 block to the Times Square/Theatre area…1 1/2 blocks to the Diamond/Gold District…and walking distance to so many NYC attractions. Within 1/2 block of The Muse there are Mexican, Cuban, Asian and, our favorite, “Prime Catch” that has great Steaks and Italian food, plus Bar Specials all day. Will return here again and again! Forgot to say that the staff was unbelievably helpful.

the bathroom there are handles and wooden seat over the bathtub from safety it’s really safe. the room is spacious enough space to put 2 big and 3 small luggage

Good size room and bathroom in comparison to other places I have stayed for a similar price. Excellent location. nice to have coffee/tea available on main floor and to be able to get a water boiler for hot tea in my room.

The rooms were very nice. We were able to upgrade to a King Suite and it was wonderful to have that extra space. For NYC, we felt the room was large. In the suite we had a refrigerator which was nice. The lobby area was very nice. Even though they are undergoing renovations, it did not take away from the beauty of the space. Location is phenomenal and the staff was wonderful. We appreciate the rooms being serviced each day. It was the perfect location right by Times Square but yet felt quiet and safe. Breakfast is not available on site but there are literally restaurants everywhere. We picked up bagels from a shop almost next door to the Muse.
